Rescue:

Pet Patrol became aware of this pretty little calico cat through friends of our cat rescue
organization. The woman was on her way to a parent teacher night. It was still quite light
outside and she thought she heard the cries of a young cat (this was Autumn), Not able to
see anything in the long grass along the path, she had to carry on to her appointment.
On the way back home, she looked for the kitten, but couldn’t find her. The next morning
she set out on a mission and found this little kitten further down the lane. Autumn was so
afraid, especially from being outside, defenceless, all night. But how to rescue her? She
borrowed an humane trap, put canned cat food inside, and this little pip walked right into
the trap. She was now safe and secured, and the next day she was brought into Pet
Patrol care

Personality:

Autumn is a dear little cat, who very much needs the company of another kitten to play
with. When she first arrived at the sanctuary, alone and without siblings, she was in a cage
until we could slowly integrate her in with the other kittens. She looks so sad, so very sad.
But once we put another kitten in with her she started to smile and play. Such a change in
her personality, it was lovely to see. Since then, she is out and about playing, loving the
other cats, tunnels and toys. She’s easy to pick up the cradle in your arms. Autumn is
ready to be adopted into her forever home with a playmate. One that will welcome her into
the family and keep her safety indoors.
