Rescue:
Jagg and his siblings, three in total, were born in a corn field. We don’t know exactly where
their mother originated from but she was noticed by the property owner walking along the
edge of the field. The woman, liking cats, didn’t want to see any critter go hungry and so she
put out food and water for her. Thinking that she would return to a near by barn the woman just
let this little cat be, but she never left the property. Then one day she noticed five little kittens
with her perhaps born in a gopher hole, they were healthy and had no fear of her. Then the
inevitable happened, the corn was cut down and the cat’s summer home quickly disappeared.
There was no where for them to find shelter now so they migrated to the house and desperately wanted inside. She did not want cats in the house, so she began calling around to cat
rescues in the area and Jagg and his siblings came to Pet Patrol and anther rescue took the
rest of this feline family.
Personality:
Jagg and his brothers are all friendly affectionate little cats who are very comfortable with
people picking them up , holding them, being carried and cuddled. They are happy go lucky
kittens and love to play with people who have a wand toy or who are interactive and will play
toss the toy so they can chase it. They have really taken to discovering toys and looking out
the window at the world, Watching the birds and squirrels will keep them occupied for quite a
while. Snoozing on your lap or keeping your company while you work on the computer, these
boys are good at being supervisors. Jagg is ready to be adopted into his forever home with a
playmate or sibling. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
