Rescue:
Pet Patrol is in contact with a lot of different people who do cat rescue. Sometimes they
are cat rescue organizations, and sometimes it is just individuals who do their best to help
the cats they come across. In the case of four little kittens (two orange and white and two
Siames Cross), they were born on a beef farm. There were a lot of felines around who are
not in very good shape as the farm is in disarray and somewhat neglected. The elderly
couple that live there try to help, but they are just overwhelmed at this point. Not being
physically able to keep up with things the most they could do for the cats was feed them.
Their daughter was trying to help clear up the situation before it became too drastic and
she made sure the cats had some sort of shelter, although the barn itself was pretty rundown.
Several strays have made their way to the property because there was food put out,
and have had their kittens in the loft, and continue to reproduce. A number of the adult
cats have been spayed or neutered so far and the kittens brought into Pet Patrol.
Personality:
Allie and her brother Albi are quite bonded. They are often found curled up beside each
other for long naps and enjoy running thru the kitty tunnels chasing each other. If there are
toy plastic springs in the tunnel it make it is so much more entertaining. Sitting in the cat
tree in front of the big picture window watching the birds and chipmunks is the best place
to be during a sunny afternoon. They both have big purr motors that will run non stop
when they are being cuddled or getting belly rubs. This pair is sweet, cuddly and fun to
watch, what more could anyone want than these two cuties to bring home and cuddle up
with on the couch. Allie and Albi are ready to be adopted into their forever home together.
One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
