Rescue:

Ace is a very handsome cat and he had shown up unexpectedly at a feral cat colony that is
being well managed by a couple. This property was on the edge of town and not many new
cats show up, but those that do are welcomed. Problem was that Ace was very dominant
over the colony cats and he wanted to stake his ground and he wanted their food. After
hanging around for a few days some of the colony cats had scratches and seemed very
upset, the couple knew they had to find another place for him as fighting had started.
Since there were no postings for him on the pet lost and found sites it is assumed that he
was not wanted and in need of being rescued. Ace showed his friendly personality to the
people and they knew that he would do well if re homed. They sought out a cat rescue
organization and eventually brought him to Pet Patrol. He has charmed us all.

Personality:

Ace is a very muscular and active cat. He is often found on the top of the cat tree watching
the view of inside the house and outside as well. He has discovered toys, although they
were a mystery to him at first. As he as relaxed and adjusts to being indoors and being
with people more he has shown his cuddly and affectionate side. He loves to be pet,
massaged and receive chin scratches. He will curl up beside you and stretch out taking in
all the pets and cuddles. Ace would probably do best in a home with no other cats, possibly a passive dog. He is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome
him into the family and keep him safely indoors
