Rescue:
Callie and Bailey came into Pet Patrol’s care when an urgent request was made to help find them a
new home. While the initial call was presented as a rehoming inquiry, it soon became clear that the
pair needed placement within a week. Their owner had rescued them from a barn when they were
less than a year old after learning they were at risk of being euthanized. He provided them with a
safe and loving home for years, but was now preparing to move in with his girlfriend, whose severe
cat allergies made it impossible for them to stay. Despite efforts over more than a year to find an
alternative placement, time had run out. Wanting to ensure these sweet cats remained safe, Pet
Patrol welcomed them into care. Although Callie and Bailey had never received veterinary care, Pet
Patrol arranged for them to be spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and fully vetted. Now safe and
cared for, these gentle, affectionate, and easygoing cats are ready to find a forever home of their
own.
Personality:
Callie is the definition of a sweetheart. Calm, gentle, and incredibly affectionate, she loves being
around people and isn’t the least bit shy about making new friends. She’ll happily walk right up to
greet visitors, always ready to soak up attention, cuddles, and a few gentle pets. Along with her
loving nature, Callie has a playful side that keeps her curious and engaged, making her a wonderful
balance of fun and companionship. Whether she’s following you around the house, curling up
beside you for a quiet evening, or inviting you to play, Callie simply loves being part of the family.
She is ready to be adopted into her forever home, one that will welcome her with open arms and
keep her safely indoors.
