Rescue:

The J Kittens came to Pet Patrol after a family who had adopted a cat years earlier reached out for
help. The family’s parents had discovered four tiny kittens living beneath their backyard deck. Their
feral mother was believed to have come from a neighbouring farm, and for the first little while, she
was seen caring for her babies. Then, without warning, she disappeared. As the days passed with
no sign of her return, the family realized the kittens were now on their own. They contacted every
rescue they could find, but everywhere they turned was full and unable to help. Thankfully, Pet
Patrol said yes. Every evening after work, a humane trap was set beneath the deck, and each night
one hungry little kitten ventured inside. The babies were so desperate for food they had begun
chewing on sticks and whatever else they could find to survive. It took four days of patience to
safely rescue all four kittens, each one spending the night warm and safe indoors before making
the hourlong morning journey to meet one of Pet Patrol’s foster volunteers. After days of
uncertainty and hunger, the kittens finally discovered full bellies, soft beds, playful foster friends,
and the comfort of knowing they would never have to struggle to survive on their own again.

Personality:

Jubilee is a delightful little entertainer with a playful personality that keeps everyone smiling. Equal
parts silly, sweet, and adorable, she loves carrying her favourite toys around in her mouth as
though they’re prized treasures before batting pompom balls across the floor or leaping after
feather wands with endless enthusiasm. When she’s ready for a break, Jubilee enjoys stretching
out in the catio to soak up the sunshine before heading off for her next adventure. Her happy,
affectionate nature makes her a joy to be around, and she’s always ready for playtime or cuddles.
Jubilee shares an especially close bond with her sister Jacy, and the two would love to find a
forever home together. Jubilee is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome
her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
