Bailey

Rescue:

Callie and Bailey came into Pet Patrol’s care when an urgent request was made to help find them a
new home. While the initial call was presented as a rehoming inquiry, it soon became clear that the
pair needed placement within a week. Their owner had rescued them from a barn when they were
less than a year old after learning they were at risk of being euthanized. He provided them with a
safe and loving home for years, but was now preparing to move in with his girlfriend, whose severe
cat allergies made it impossible for them to stay. Despite efforts over more than a year to find an
alternative placement, time had run out. Wanting to ensure these sweet cats remained safe, Pet
Patrol welcomed them into care. Although Callie and Bailey had never received veterinary care, Pet
Patrol arranged for them to be spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and fully vetted. Now safe and
cared for, these gentle, affectionate, and easygoing cats are ready to find a forever home of their
own.

Personality:

Bailey is a friendly, independent girl with a playful personality that’s impossible not to love. She may
be a little timid when meeting new people or exploring a new environment, but once she feels
comfortable, her silly side quickly shines through. Bailey has an adorable habit of nestling her head
into your hand before rolling onto her side like a happy little dog, letting out sweet meows to remind
you not to stop petting her. Ear scratches and chin rubs are her absolute favourite, and she’ll
happily lean into every bit of affection she can get. When she’s not soaking up attention, Bailey
enjoys playing, exploring her surroundings, and showing off her funloving personality. Gentle,
affectionate, and full of charm, Bailey is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will
welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
