Rescue:

Pet Patrol received a message from a woman who operates a small rescue after she became aware of a growing situation involving cats in desperate need of help. Years earlier, Pet Patrol had assisted the same family living on the rural property by taking in some kittens and adult cats. At the time, the property had already been quite cluttered and difficult to manage, but sadly conditions had worsened significantly following the passing of the father in the family. When help finally arrived, many of the cats were suffering from lice, worms, ticks, malnourishment, and being underweight. Wanting to give as many cats as possible a chance at a healthier future, Pet Patrol brought several into care, including Kaliki, Katera, Keisha, Kishil, Katrina, Kachina, Kandi, Kamari, Kemi, and Kiko. Both adults and kittens are now receiving the medical care, proper nutrition, and safety they desperately needed. There are still more cats remaining on the property, and it is hoped that additional rescues will be possible in time with the owners’ cooperation.

Personality:

Katera and Kishel are an inseparable sister duo whose love for each other is just as big as their love for people. Katera, the tuxedo beauty, is full of spunky charm. She adores being picked up, snuggled close, and having her belly rubbed, and she’s always ready for a game with the laser pointer. Smart, affectionate, and cuddly, she loves curling up beside her humans at bedtime and has the sweetest little meows when she’s chatting with her sister or asking for a snack. Kishel, her sleek black sister, is an outgoing social butterfly who never says no to affection. The moment she hears someone click their nails, she’s running over for pets, forehead kisses, and nose boops. She’s constantly purring, loves meeting new people, and can’t resist any toy with a bell. Together, these girls are the perfect balance of playful and affectionate, spending their days wrestling, cuddling, chatting to one another, and keeping each other company. Their bond is truly special, and they would love nothing more than to find a forever home together where they can continue sharing a lifetime of love, fun, and companionship. Katera and Kishel are ready to be adopted together into their forever home—one that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
