Rescue:

Pet Patrol was contacted by a young woman who had taken in a lovely mother cat from a friend after learning she had never been spayed and was already pregnant. Wanting to give her a safe place to land, the woman welcomed the cat into her home, where all four kittens were born into a healthy, loving environment and cared for unconditionally from day one. While she initially hoped to keep the entire little family, she soon realized that this wasn’t the right time in her life to take on the long ­term responsibility of five cats, especially with future veterinary care ahead. Wanting the very best for the kittens, she reached out to Pet Patrol for help. With care and thoughtfulness, she ensured that Sauble and Sable would have the opportunity to find loving forever homes, setting them up for bright, secure futures.

Personality:

Sauble and Sprout are a sweet, affectionate pair so in love with people, they don’t believe in personal space. These girls are true purr machines and will happily walk over to their humans to demand pets. Sprout especially loves to garner attention by flopping on the floor, rolling and wiggling until you stop everything else you’re doing. And if they’re not snuggling with people, they’re cuddled up with each other, ever the bonded twins. These sisters are also very very playful. Sauble likes batting at feather toys and anything strings, while Sprout prefers tunnel time and zooming up and down her cat tree. Bonus: bring out a laser pointer and prepare to be amazed—this dynamic duo are lightning fast and absolutely obsessed. Sauble and Sprout are the happiest, most affectionate little shadows you’ll ever have and are ready to be adopted into their forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
