Hello! It’s me — Hakira.
I have excellent news: my eye surgery is finished, I am healed, and life is officially much better.
Recovery was… a journey. Eye stitches were annoying, and yes, they reopened a few times because I may have played harder than advised. I had to spend some time in a cage, which I found deeply offensive. I expressed my feelings clearly and frequently. The kind humans at Pet Patrol listened, smiled nervously, and continued to take wonderful care of me anyway.
And now? I feel good. Really good. I’m comfortable. I’m relaxed. I don’t have that constant irritation anymore, and it shows. I’m back to being my semi-friendly self — only happier. I enjoy pets now… and I let people pet me on purpose. This is how I say thank you. Aren’t I kind?
Because of you, I get to enjoy my cozy sanctuary life again — lounging, playing, and spending time with my cat friends without discomfort slowing me down. Your support gave me relief, patience, and care, and I’m feeling very appreciative about it.
