BeBe

Rescue:

BeBe is a very sweet cat who didn’t deserve the upheaval she experienced over the past year. Adopted as a kitten by a man and his girlfriend, she lived in an apartment where life was ok—until her owner was no longer around and the girlfriend could no longer afford the apartment. When family members later gained access to retrieve his belongings, they found BeBe alone inside, without food, water, or a litter box. Unable to take her in themselves due to having cats and dogs already, they were grateful when an elderly neighbour stepped forward to help. While BeBe did her best to settle in and got along reasonably well with the woman’s two cats, the situation became overwhelming over time. After six months, it was clear the arrangement wasn’t working. Wanting BeBe to have a calmer, more secure future, the woman reached out to Pet Patrol, ensuring this gentle girl could finally land somewhere safe and stable.

Personality:

BeBe is a very friendly and outgoing girl who genuinely enjoys being around people. She reaches out for pets, loves relaxing on the couch beside you, and is quickly learning how wonderful it is to be a true love bug. While she’s still figuring out being picked up, she continues to gain confidence and settles more with time and reassurance. BeBe is playful, agile, and enjoys staying active, but she also knows how to be calm and content. She gets along well with other cats, is wonderfully polite in her interactions, and makes excellent company for both people and feline friends. With her sweet nature and affectionate tendencies, BeBe brings warmth and companionship wherever she goes. BeBe is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
