Bailey

Rescue:

Pet Patrol was contacted by a woman who found herself overwhelmed after trying to do the right thing for several cats in need. Earlier in the summer, she had rescued two kittens, Birch and Beacon, who had been living outside, and brought them safely into her home. Around the same time, another female cat, Bailey, appeared at her door, and the woman welcomed her inside so she could safely give birth to three kittens: Braya, Boden, and Blane. All five kittens were raised indoors with kindness, affection, play, and care, but despite her efforts, the woman was unable to find homes for them. As the number of cats grew, a family member in the home began struggling with the constant activity, and it became clear she could no longer manage on her own. Wanting the best for them all, she reached out to Pet Patrol for help, ensuring this little family could move forward toward safe, stable futures.

Personality:

Bailey is a very friendly, easygoing girl who truly lights up when you talk to her. She responds with the sweetest little chirps, leans right in for affection, and happily soaks up all the pets she can get. Bailey is comfortable being held, carried around, or gently plopped beside you on the couch, content just to be near her people. She has a calm, laidback nature, but don’t let that fool you— she’s also playful and curious, always interested in what’s going on around her. While Bailey does well with other cats once she’s had time to get to know them, she seems to enjoy human company even more and thrives on connection and attention. She’s the kind of cat who makes herself right at home in your heart. Bailey is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
