Rescue:
The “S Kittens” were discovered near a small town dump, abandoned in a cardboard box beside
the road. A local woman spotted them and, realizing they were only about eight weeks old, reached
out for help. Though the kittens appeared clean and relatively healthy, they were frightened and
unsure, huddled together for comfort. She brought them to safety, keeping them warm in her
garage until a small scale rescuer could pick them up. Once transferred into care, the little orange
kittens quickly began to show their true, playful personalities—pouncing, tumbling, and exploring
everything in sight. Thanks to the kindness of strangers and a chain of caring rescuers, these five
kittens now have a safe place to grow, play, and prepare for the loving homes they deserve.
Personality:
Miss Sapphire is the sweetest little orange kitten who is so ready to be loved unconditionally. After a
rough beginning, she has learned that people can be kind — and now her playful, joyful side shines
through every day. Sapphire loves batting toys across the floor, leaping from the couch to the
scratching tower, and watching snowflakes drift past the window. The bathtub is her personal
playground, especially when her siblings join in the fun. She is curious, energetic, and always ready
to make you smile. Most of all, Sapphire is a loving girl who deserves a home where she can feel
safe forever. She would be a wonderful companion for anyone who is excited to give affection,
patience, and lots of playtime to a kitten who’s already come so far. Sapphire is ready to be
adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely
indoors.
