Rescue:
A small town rescue contacted Pet Patrol asking if we had a nursing mother who could take on
four week old kittens, and Juliette was brought to us as a possible surrogate. She had already
weaned her last litter and we hoped she might accept the new babies — but she was not
comfortable with them, and they were placed with another mom. Juliette had been living outside in
a small town, wandering aimlessly between homes and porches, and had had several litters on the
streets. The people feeding her were very worried for her safety and finally managed to rescue her.
After coming into Pet Patrol care, Juliette took time to decompress and learn to trust. With patience,
routine, and gentle handling, she has gone from a shy street cat to a relaxed girl who now enjoys
lying comfortably on the couch, finally safe
Personality:
Juliette is an adorable little shadow who loves to follow her people around and supervise every
activity with wide, curious eyes. She is playful and silly, happily chasing her bumblebee toy for ages
or even pouncing on her own tail when she’s feeling extra mischievous. Although shy at first and
needing time to build trust, once she feels safe, Juliette blossoms into a very affectionate
companion who enjoys gentle rubs — especially bun scratches first thing in the morning. She loves
evenings spent playing chase with her laser toy and will purr and meow to invite you to join the fun.
Juliette also enjoys cozy relaxation time, particularly if it involves sitting up high to gaze out the
window or stretching out in her favourite warm spot on the bed. With patience and kindness, she
will reward you with constant companionship, soft purrs, and a lot of heart. Juliette is ready to be
adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely
indoors.
