Glimma

Rescue:

Two Pet Patrol volunteers were called to a traditional farm, where the owners explained they “had
more cats if we needed them” and generously offered to share them with us. Among the group
were five tiny kittens — Garnet, Goose, Glimma, Gia, and Gabby — all only around eight weeks
old. They were darting in and out of hay bales and slipping through the horse stalls, weaving under
hoofs as they tried to avoid being picked up. It was concerning to watch because one wrong step
from a horse could have led to serious injury. Thankfully, at such a young age, they were easy to
scoop up safely and place into carriers. All five kittens were brought into Pet Patrol care, giving
them the chance to grow up in safety, warmth, and comfort — far from the dangers of barn life.

Personality:

Glimma is a tiny treasure with a heart as warm as her beautifully unique torti markings. This petite
girl is the perfect blend of playful energy and melt in your arms sweetness. She loves to zoom
around the room chasing toys, pouncing on anything that wiggles, and showing off her adorable
bursts of kitten enthusiasm. But the moment the fun winds down, Glimma is more than happy to
curl up in your arms, tuck her little face into you, and snuggle as long as you’ll let her. She truly
melts into cuddles, making every cozy moment with her feel extra special. Her striking eyes and
soft, expressive face make her a little showstopper, and her lovely, gentle personality seals the
deal. Glimma adores being picked up, carried, and included in whatever you’re doing. She’s
affectionate, trusting, and always ready to offer a tiny purr or cheek rub. Because she’s such a
social girl, Glimma would thrive in a home with another kitten her age or a friendly resident cat who
can keep up with her zoomies and share in her snuggles. She blossoms with companionship and
will make a wonderful addition to a loving home. For her safety and happiness, Glimma should be
kept safely indoors.
