Rescue:

Pet Patrol became aware of a farm that had previously been brought under control for cat
overpopulation, but new cats had since arrived. Among them were Janessa and Jackson. The
woman who cared for them provided food, water, and shelter year round,
but she was preparing to
move closer to the city and didn’t want to leave the cats behind. Janessa and Jackson were
brought into the sanctuary, initially a little unsure of their new surroundings. It didn’t take long before
they relaxed, tails held high, showing how happy they were to finally be safe.

Janessa is a cautious but loving cat who has learned to trust people through kindness and
patience. Once she feels safe, she becomes affectionate and enjoys gentle pets and quiet
company. She’s playful and curious, often watching her surroundings with her bright, thoughtful
eyes. Janessa shares a close bond with Jackson, and they would love to be adopted together —
but she will also do well in a home with another friendly cat. Janessa is ready to be adopted into her
forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
