Teddy

Rescue:

The story of the “T Kittens” began in a small town, where a grocery store employee noticed a
handwritten sign pinned to the community board: “Free Kittens”—with a photo and just a phone
number. Curious and concerned, she called and learned that a family had recently moved to town
with their calico cat, who had given birth to countless litters over the years. They didn’t know how to
find safe homes for this newest litter and, still unpacking from their move, had little means to care
for them. Wanting to help, the young woman mentioned the situation to a coworker, whose aunt
happened to volunteer with Pet Patrol. The first three kittens were picked up and taken in by the
grocery store employee, who quickly realized they were far too sweet and trusting to live as barn
cats. Within days, the remaining three were safely brought into Pet Patrol’s care as well. Thanks to
a few caring hearts and some good word-of-mouth, all six kittens were finally safe, loved, and ready
to start their new lives.

Personality:

PastTeddy is a calm, gentle boy with a playful streak. He loves to wrestle with his sisters and can turn
even the simplest toy—a cardboard box—into an adventure! He enjoys hiding and pouncing from
his favorite spots, always keeping playtime fun and full of surprises. Teddy has also come a long
way with the dogs in his foster home and now interacts with them confidently. When playtime winds
down, he’s the first to curl up for cuddles, purring contentedly beside his humans. Teddy is ready to
be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely
indoors.
