Belle

Rescue:

Belle, a compact little brown tabby with a round cherub face, was found outside a small town, right at the city limits sign. She was hiding in the ditch. A woman and her friend were walking into town, which was just seven minutes from her home. A very common route for her. She heard a kitten cry, and Belle came out of the ditch to her, but once a truck went by she ran frantically back to the ditch, and the woman was not able to secure her. On the way back, they didn’t see her and when she mentioned it to her husband later on, he suggested they go back to get her. It was quieter in the day and very quiet. Luckily, she was still there. Bell again came out of the ditch. The woman was able to pick her up and tuck her into her coat and walk back home with her. There were no postings found on social media for her.

Personality:

Belle is a quiet and affectionate soul who finds joy in the simple things—soft pets, cozy naps, and
time spent close to her humans. She loves being picked up and hugged, often melting into your
arms and purring softly to show her contentment. When you sit down, she’s never far behind,
happily curling up beside you or settling in for a nap close by. Though gentle and calm, Belle has a
playful streak that shines when she’s chasing toy mice around the house, pouncing with graceful
precision. She greets you with the tiniest meow, as if to say hello, and responds to head scratches
with happy purrs. Her sweetness and quiet devotion make her the perfect companion for a peaceful
home where she can be loved and cherished. Belle is ready to be adopted into her forever home—
one that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
