Fidget

Rescue:

Fidget’s start in life was both frightening and dangerous. A woman’s dog had begun barking at the family’s boathouse, and when she went to investigate, she heard the frantic cries of a tiny kitten. Inside, she found Fidget clinging desperately to a piece of plywood, his little claws dug in to keep from falling. In his struggle, he had scratched her face and injured his side. At barely four weeks old, weak, thin, and dehydrated, he would not have survived much longer on her own. Thankfully, he was rescued and brought to Pet Patrol, where he was placed with a nursing mother. Fidget latched on right away and seemed to nurse for 24 hours straight, quickly gaining strength and thriving. His wounds healed beautifully, leaving behind only his spirit and determination as proof of how strong he is.

Personality:

Fidget is a true survivor with a playful, spunky personality that shines in everything he does. Outgoing and full of energy, he makes sure you know what he wants and is always ready for adventure. Despite his rough beginning, he’s a happy go lucky kitten who appreciates every moment of his second chance. Fidget also has a best friend in Fonzi, who was raised alongside hi, with the same surrogate mom. The two are inseparable—wrestling, tumbling, and chasing toys together before curling up in each other’s arms for a cozy nap. Fidget is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
