Rescue:

Remy and Roo were born in a small patch of forest bordering a busy neighbourhood—a place
teeming with cars, dogs, and coyotes. Alongside their mom, they would venture out daily, crossing
roads in search of scraps and narrowly dodging danger time and time again. As they grew more
desperate and more trusting, the little family began to appear during evening dog walks, mewing
softly for handouts. That’s when a kind woman took notice. She started bringing them food at the
same time every day, and for the first time in their young lives, Remy and Roo went to sleep with
full bellies. But with growing coyote sightings and worsening weather, the woman knew they
wouldn’t be safe for long. She called Pet Patrol. That same evening, all three were rescued in
minutes, just in time. Safe, warm, and loved at last, they curled up together and slept soundly.

Personality:

Remy is a brave little boy whose curiosity fuels his every step. He’ll investigate any crinkle or jingle
—sometimes darting away if it startles him, only to sneak back moments later when curiosity wins
again. While he can be a bit shy in a new space, it doesn’t take long for him to remember how good
a back scratch feels. Remy will rub his chin against your hand or even gently grab it with his paws
to ask for more. He loves other cats and is always ready for a race around the room or a playful
wrestling match. Roo may be the tiniest of her litter, but she’s full of heart. More cautious than her
brother, she prefers to let him test the waters before joining in. Roo loves gentle head pets and has
the loudest purr for such a tiny frame. She’s a big fan of anything that crinkles or jingles and enjoys
climbing to the top of the cat tree for the best view. Remy and Roo are ready to be adopted into
their forever home. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
