Rescue:

Smarties and Spritz were found in a small town, taking shelter in a neighbour’s shed, which is
usually left open and used for storing equipment like a tractor and snow blower. The weather had
been extremely hot and humid, and the kittens were often seen darting in and out of the shed,
looking for shade and safety. It took some time and patience to rescue them, as they were wary and
quick to hide among the machinery. A humane trap was set, and eventually both kittens were safely
brought into care. There was one more little kitten roaming around, now alone and disoriented, and
successful efforts were made and now no one is left behind. Snickerdoodle is now reuntied with his
brothers Smarties and Spritz. They are safe, cool, and learning to trust in their new surroundings.

Personality:

Snickerdoodle is the definition of a cuddle bug. This gentle, sweet boy thrives on affection and
would happily spend the whole day curled up on your lap, making biscuits and purring away. He’s
always the first to lean in for pets, rub his head against you, and dramatically flop over for belly
rubs. While he’ll occasionally bat around a spring toy or fuzzy ball, his true happy place is snuggled
up close to his person, soaking up all the love. Though still a little shy around new people and loud
noises, once Snickerdoodle feels safe, he blossoms into the most affectionate little companion.
Snickerdoodle is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the
family and keep him safely indoors.
