Rescue:

Fizzy and Fanta came into our care under heartbreaking circumstances. Their former family was
preparing to move and, during a sweltering summer garage sale, decided to “clear out” their pets
along with the furniture. The two bonded girls and kittens were placed in a box outside in the heat,
being handed out for free—no vet checks, no rescue contact, and no plan for their safety. Between
the two of them, Fizzy and Fanta had eight kittens. By the time Pet Patrol was alerted, three kittens
had already been given away, despite all of them having visible eye infections. We can only hope
they received the medical care they desperately needed. Thankfully, we were able to bring Fizzy
and Fanta to safety, and they’ve shown nothing but love and gratitude since.

Personality:

Fudge is a sweet and gentle boy who loves affection, he just needs a little encouragement to
come out of his shell. Once he feels safe, he purrs up a storm and melts into your lap for snuggles.
He’s playful, curious, and especially loves napping with his sister Fritter after a round of kitten
zoomies. Fudge would do wonderfully in a quiet home where he can continue building his
confidence at his own pace. Fudge is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will
welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
