Rescue:

Rhubarb first appeared one afternoon at the edge of the bush near our rhubarb patch, just beyond
the yard. She would come and go throughout the winter, always keeping a bit of distance. As spring
arrived, we noticed she was getting bigger—and then one chilly May morning, she stepped out of
the doghouse looking suddenly slim! We discovered her five newborn kittens tucked safely inside
and gently moved them inside our house into a cozy banana box from the grocery store. Since
then, Rhubarb and her babies—Riley, Reebok, Rebus, River, and Raven—have grown strong and
healthy in our home, and they’re now ready to find their forever families.

Personality:

Riley is a lively and playful little girl with energy to spare! She loves wrestling with her littermates
and exploring every corner of the room. The first in her litter to purr, she’s also the first to seek out
cuddles when she’s tuckered out. Whether curling up in your lap or burrowing into a cozy pile of
siblings, she always finds the perfect napping spot. Riley is ready to be adopted into her forever
home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
