Rescue:
Leilani came from the small village of Wroxeter, where a couple had just moved into the area with
their three dogs. They weren’t yet familiar with how many stray cats roamed the community. One
day, after letting their dogs out, they suddenly heard barking, and the sound of a cat in distress.
Leilani had been chased, caught, and grabbed by the back in a terrifying moment that shocked both
her and the new homeowners. They rushed to intervene and were relieved to find she had escaped
major injury. But it was clear she needed help.
Word quickly spread to a woman in the village known for rescuing strays, and she didn’t hesitate to
take Leilani in. Now safe in Pet Patrol’s care, this brave little girl will never have to run in fear again.
Personality:
Leilani is a beautiful, gentle cat who thrives in a calm environment with one or two people and possibly one laidback
feline friend. She loves quiet companionship, and her favourite things
include chin scratches, soft brushing, and lounging near a sunny window. Whether she’s chasing a
favourite toy or watching wildlife from the sanctuary window, Leilani has a peaceful, content
presence. She may be shy at first, but once she trusts you, she’ll lean in for head rubs and
affectionate attention. Leilani is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome
her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
