Rescue:

When Ellie Mae arrived at Pet Patrol, she was confused and unsure, she didn’t understand why she
was suddenly in a new place. This gentle girl had spent her life wandering a small village, going
door to door in search of food. Eventually, two kindhearted
women took notice and began feeding
her, offering her a makeshift shelter in a little alcove by their back door. Her home was a simple
cardboard box with a heating pad beneath towels. Meant to be temporary, it ended up getting
her through one of the harshest winters in recent memory. Snow drifts reached four feet high, and
still Ellie Mae stayed, grateful for the warmth and kindness. As spring arrived, the women noticed
her belly growing round, she was expecting. Not long after, Ellie quietly gave birth. But with wildlife
approaching the porch and newborns to protect, her guardians knew she needed real help. They
reached out to Pet Patrol, and Ellie Mae and her kittens Edison, Eurphoria, Emerson and Elijah
were safely brought into care. Of her five babies, four survived. Now, Ellie Mae is finally safe, cared
for, and will never have to endure the uncertainty of life outdoors again.

Personality:

Eurphoria(fondly called Orie) is a playful bundle of joy with energy to spare and a heart full of
affection. She loves to be held and will sit at your feet waiting patiently to be scooped up, purring
the moment you touch her. She’s a little shadow, always seeking out your company, but don’t be
fooled by her sweet demeanor, this girl knows how to play! From zoomies to wrestling matches,
Orie brings laughter and life to every room she’s in.
Orie is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
