Rescue:

Buddy was one of many cats living at a waste disposal site, where the staff cared for them as best
they could, providing food, fresh water, and shelter. But despite this, life was dangerous. Coyotes
lurked nearby, and traffic posed a constant threat. His caregivers, wanting a better life for him,
reached out to local shelters. They expressed what a lovely cat he was surely he would love to be
pampered with a family. And based on how he was friendly with the staff, it was clear he was ready
for a new life. Soon after, with his thick, dirty fur, he was brought into Pet Patrol’s care. Since then,
he has embraced the warmth and love of indoor life.

Personality:

Buddy is the definition of a gentle soul. This calm and easygoing boy gets along with everyone and
is happiest when soaking up love and affection. He’ll roll over for belly rubs, lean into cheek
scratches, and quietly charm you with his barely there
meow. Still learning what toys are all about,
Buddy has already discovered the joys of cozy beds and soft blankets – his new favorite napping
spots. Since arriving at Pet Patrol, Buddy has fully embraced the indoor life. Gone are the days of
searching for food or a safe place to sleep – now, he’s simply content and relaxed. He would thrive
in a quiet home with a calm feline friend to keep him company and share in the comfort of a secure,
loving environment. Buddy is ready to be adopted into his forever home – one that will welcome him
into the family and keep him safely indoors.
