Rescue:

Jax was quite a surprise when he was first noticed. A couple who have a sunroom with a hot tub
were enjoying a relaxing evening when suddenly Jax jumped onto the window sill. Through the
steam, they weren’t sure what they were looking at, but upon closer inspection, they discovered a
very cute and very anxious little tuxedo cat. He was pawing at the window, definitely asking to come
inside. They quickly slid the door aside and he ran to them. Jax was so happy to be inside!
Unfortunately, the couple were highly allergic to cats. They did their best to keep him in warm and
setup a cozy, quiet spot for him in the garage. From there, they searched for a rescue organization.
Although they would’ve loved to have kept him, even despite their allergies, this poor boy had a
cold and wasn’t eating well. They brought him to Pet Patrol, where he was vet checked and
prescribed a good antibiotic. In no time, this boy perked right up. Jax is extremely happy to be safe,
warm, and cared for.

Personality:

Jax is a cat that you will never forget. He is very social and friendly he absolutely adores people.
When you pick him up, he immediately wraps his arms around your neck and nuzzles into your
neck. He is very endearing. Jax is also very outgoing and happy go lucky. He doesn’t miss a thing
that’s going on around him either. He’s interested in who is at the door, what the other cats are
doing around the sanctuary, and what toys are all about. He’ll look out the windows to keep track of
the outside world and is quite content basking inside in warm sunbeams. Jax is ready to be
adopted into his forever home. One that will becoming into the family and keep him safely indoors.
