Rescue:

Sometimes life changes so much that our pets feel it the most. They may lose their homes and all
that is familiar to them. This is what a woman, living in a small rural village, was calling Pet Patrol
about. She was unable to stay in her longtime home after her husband passed and was moving into
an apartment. She felt it would be too cramped to have her three cats (Fate, Tammy, and Mr. Gigs)
and her dog in this much smaller space. She contacted friends and family, but no one could take
them in. When she reached out to Pet Patrol, she explained that, although they live together, they
don’t necessarily have to be adopted together. With only having two months to work with before the
big day, we are hoping to help these cats find a loving and welcoming new home.

Personality:

Fate is a gentle and affectionate cat who has spent her life offering love and comfort to those
around her. She enjoys lounging on windowsills, watching the world go by, and snuggling up with
her favorite humans. She has a special bond with people, always staying close to those in need – when her previous owner was ill, she never left his side, offering warmth and companionship. Fate
is great with kids, happily allowing them to pick her up and shower her with attention. She still
enjoys playtime, especially with moving toys, but her favorite place to be is near her family. Fate is
ready to bring her soothing presence and loving heart into a forever home that will keep her safely
indoors.
