Rescue:

Daffodil was named after the bright and beautiful flower that signals the arrival of spring, and just
like her namesake, she brings warmth and joy to those around her. With her lovely calico markings
and sweet nature, it’s hard to believe she once faced an uncertain future. As a tiny kitten, Daffodil
was found with her brother by a truck driver making a delivery to a farm. He spotted the two little
ones scampering down a ditch along the laneway, vulnerable and alone. Stopping his truck, he
scooped them up, assuming they were just barn kittens in need of a home. But when he arrived at
the farm, the owner refused to take them in. Not willing to leave them behind, the truck driver
remembered a friend in a nearby village who rescues cats. He brought the kittens to her, where
they were given warmth, food, and care. Daffodil spent a long time in her rescuer’s care before Pet
Patrol was contacted to help find her the loving home she deserves. Now, she’s ready to start the
next chapter of her life, safe and cherished forever.

Daffodil lives up to her name—just like the flower, she’s always blooming with energy! She is a
lively and curious kitten, constantly on the move, exploring every room and racing up and down the
cat trees with boundless enthusiasm. If there’s an adventure to be had, Daffodil will be leading the
way! Her playful spirit is matched by her love of affection. She enjoys being picked up, patted, and
cuddled, always happy to soak up love in between her energetic bursts. Her endless curiosity and
