Artemis

Rescue:

A heartfelt post on Facebook brought attention to the plight of the kittens. A kind woman made a
startling discovery in her front flowerbed—kittens! These tiny bundles of fur had seemingly taken
root among her flowers, with no mother in sight to care for them. As the nights began to turn colder,
her concern for their safety grew. Despite reaching out to two smaller rescues, both explained they
couldn’t take the kittens without a foster home in place. Thankfully, a dedicated woman who runs a
small cat rescue in a nearby village stepped in to help. She offered to foster the kittens temporarily
until Pet Patrol could bring them into care. The kittens were healthy and surprisingly friendly,
allowing themselves to be handled without issue. Their journey began in a flowerbed but, thanks to
a compassionate network of people, these little ones are now safe and ready to find their forever
homes.

Personality:

Meet Artemis, a sweet and independent little lady who knows exactly what she wants. She’s looking
for a home where she can thrive on her own terms and shine in her unique way. Artemis loves solo
playtime, finding joy in chasing toys and exploring her surroundings with curiosity and confidence.
After her adventures, she seeks out a cozy, quiet spot to curl up for a peaceful nap, recharging in
her own special way. While Artemis isn’t a lap cat just yet, she’s open to gentle affection—on her
schedule. She appreciates soft pets and attention but prefers to set the pace of her interactions.
With patience and understanding, Artemis has the potential to build deeper bonds as she grows
more comfortable in her environment. If you’re looking for a playful and self sufficient kitten with a
gentle, curious nature, Artemis could be your perfect match. She’ll bring a unique blend of charm
and personality to a home that respects her boundaries and supports her as she blossoms into a
loving companion. Artemis is ready to find her forever family, one that will cherish her individuality and keep her safely indoors.
