Rescue:
As told by their foster mom: These four little kittens were rescued by my young daughter and
son who found them when visiting their Grandfather’s farm. The mother cat was new to the
property, and the farmer had booked her in to be fixed, but found out from the vet that she was
already pregnant. The four kittens were born in the barn and the children visited them often to
play with them and make sure they were tame. When the kittens were old enough and eating
solid food, our family took them into our home to tame them further. The mother cat was then
able to be taken in to get her spay surgery. The kittens have quickly adapted to life in our
house, and all the attention from three children and the other animals (2 labs, and 2 mature
tabby cats) in our home.
Personality:
Kit Kat loves to play with a variety of toys and is enchanted by the loud rumbling noise a golf ball
makes as it rolls across the hard wood floor. If it dangles it must be swatted, if it wiggles there
is a pounce to be made. She has a snuggly side as well, likes to curl up on the window ledge
and sleep in the sun. She is an inquisitive cat and enjoys figuring out how to dismantle
things and is a pro at climbing the kitty scratching post. This pretty girl is ready to be adopted
into her forever home. One that will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
