Rescue:

Pet Patrol’s sanctuary is in a community where people do things the old fashioned way. Many
do not have cars or Hydro to parts of their property and they live a rural life. About a year ago
Pet Patrol was at the local small business and the property owner mentioned he had found five
kittens in his garden. They brought them into safety and were raising them. There was a handsome orange male and three calico girls. They decided to keep the boy and the three girls.
But we warned them that in no time they were going to breed. Sure enough the following
spring he needed to place the moms and their eleven kittens. Pet Patrol was finally able to
convince him to have the male cat neutered and one momma spayed that they wanted to keep
on their hobby farm, and we were able to have them looked after. Kola’s momma, Keisha, and
the rest all came into our care and are ready for adoption.

Personality:

Kola is the snuggler of the group and would enjoy a cuddle while binge-watching Netflix with
you. He is sweet natured yet outgoing. His personality is less rambunctious than his sibling
and he prefers to stay out of the wrestling matches, but fun and games are to be had still, he is
like all kittens; active, curious. He loves to run around with after toys like laser lights, springs
and pipe cleaners, watch the world outside from the safety of the cat tree and wants to know
who is new in the house and can he get a cuddle from them. This handsome kitten would do
well being adopted with a sibling, or have a playmate in his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
