Rescue:

Pet Patrol received a message from a woman who has been trying for a while to find a home for
her uncle’s cats. He as quite elderly and had recently passed away and his cats were only two
years old. They had been left alone in his apartment except for visits from family daily, for a few
weeks now while they sorted out his personal things. This location was out of town and the
woman had researched all rescues and local shelters in her area, but no one was able to help.
These are tough times as many people are not adopting as much due to finances and the
present economy. Soon, the boys are transferred to a foster home and have done very well. They
are happy to be with people and onto a new life.

Personality:

Sancho and Cai are very attached to each other and seek each other out for affection and napping.
They are very social cats with each other and with their people and like to sleep on your
chest, rub up against your legs for pets and purr happily. They are big, lovable boys who possess
calm personalities and are accepting of changes to their life. They just want love! Cai loves to
keep warm the blankets and Sancho will lounge in the cat tree. Their foster home is encouraging
them to play more and slim down a bit as they are pretty chunky in stature. Sancho and Cai are
ready to be adopted into their forever home. One that will welcome them into the family and keep
the safely indoors.
