Rescue:

Pet Patrol is dedicated in regards to making sure the cats coming into our care are properly
looked after and in some cases, need to regain their health and happiness after abandonment
and turmoil in their little lives. For Star, she came from a woman who is on limited income.
She was born in her home after she took in two adult cats, Tucker her father and a female kitty,
but didn’t go any further than feeding them low grade food and loving them completely. No
vaccines, no spay or neuter surgeries. As would happen, kittens were born and she soon
realized that she was in over her head and unable to support that many cats. She reached out
to one of her friends and together they loaded up the cats she wanted to part with (Tucker and
the three kittens) and headed to Pet Patrol. It is preferred that a conversation takes place
over the phone first so that we are prepared for new cats coming into our care, especially four
at a time. Star, her siblings and his Dad were welcomed and are all now ready for adoption.

Personality:

Star, Saber and Shelby are a wonderful trio of fun loving and active kittens. They have overcome
their low impact home and made up for an unstimulating life by taking over the playroom
at the sanctuary. They are having a great time chasing each other, diving through the big cat
tunnel, and with all the climbers and cubbies to explore they are entertained endlessly. Not to
mention window watching and falling asleep in the sunbeams streaming through. They are
lovely kittens and full of energy but also like to be picked up and cuddled. They are happy little
cats and are ready to be adopted into their forever home with a playmate or sibling. One that
will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
