Rescue:
A woman who had done cat rescue from many years, but is now retired and living in a remote
area was offered two pretty little cats. Noah and his sister Navara were rescued from a house
that leaves their cluttered garage open for any critters that need shelter. They are kind people
to the cats but they have a difficult time handing them over to people who will keep them indoors
and provide veterinary care. It took some time for them to let their friend have the cats,
and she kept them in her home until they were very social and ready for adoption. It didn’t take
long as they were young and just a little shy at the time. Once ready, and their personalities
had blossomed the coworker brought them into Pet Patrol care and they have thrived.
Personality:
Noah and Navara are the two sweetest kittens and will both ask for belly rubs as soon as you
come near them. Their favourite activity is chasing around a string toy, especially if it has a bell
on it and they could play for hours. Navara is very curious and will explore her surroundings
while Noah coaches from a distance on his bed or couch. When it’s time for bed, Noah will
nudge his way under your arm so he can receive pets and kisses. He likes to be treated like a
prince and his foster home has been quite accommodating. They both love their chin and
back scratches and will rub up against you until you bend down to pet them again. Noah and
Navara are very bonded and would like to be adopted into their forever home together. One
that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
