Pebbles

Rescue:

Pet Patrol received a call from a woman who helps in her community when people come
across a cat that needs extra care. This is the story of Pebbles. She was originally from a farm
where they are good to the cats in that they are fed and provide shelter year round. All their
cats are social and friendly. One day little Pebbles showed up with no tail. To be exact she had
about 3 inches of her tail left but there was no fur or skin on it. She was a resident of the barn
which has it’s risks to cats, especially young ones who are learning the ways of living with
large animals and machinery. Somehow her tail must have gotten caught in something and
been torn off. We cannot imagine the excruciating pain. Soon she was in Pet Patrol care and
within a day she had her surgery to remove her tail and she has thrived since then. She is such
a dear little cat.

Personality:

Pebbles is a sweet, affectionate and very cute girl. She likes to be pet, picked up and cuddled
and where ever you are she will be right by your side. She likes to carry things in her mouth
and runs forever after the laser light. Being a good friend to the other foster kittens she plays
with them all the time, as well as with her people. When tuckered out from her daily adventures
she will crawl up onto your lap or a fuzzy blanket to have her nap. This sweetheart is adorable
and ready to be adopted into her forever home with a playmate. One that will welcome her into
the family and keep her safely indoors
