Rescue:

Pet Patrol received a phone call from a woman who was about to move but wasn’t able to
take her cats with her. Although it was just a lateral move, from one building to the other, she
was in the same neighborhood and had the same landlord. Problem was, the landlord didn’t
want her to take all of her cats with her. The woman brought two sisters to us at first (Niah &
Nika) and then mentioned that she also had a mother cat and newborn kittens. When questioned she said that the two were from this mother cat’s second litter, and now the new litter is
a third litter. Oh my! The woman does not have much to her name and was concerned about
the cost for vaccines and being spayed. She simply could not afford that and chose to find a
cat rescue to make sure that it would be done. Once the litter of six were eight weeks old they
came into they came into Pet Patrol care (which includes Emma and Ella), happy and healthy.
The mother cat has now been spayed and remains with her owner. .

Personality:

Ella and Emma are sweet sisters who are very bonded to each other. They are super playful and cuddly and love all kinds of toys; plastic spring toys or anything with feathers, ping pong balls and kitty tunnels. A good game of tag is always entertaining running up and down the stairs seeing who can reach the top first. They like to sleep high up on the cat tree, peering out at the world and watching the birds and squirrels, cuddled together purring happily. The cardboard scratchers are well used.  Ella and Emma have integrated into their foster home without incident and get along great with the resident cats.  These pretty girls are ready to be adopted into their forever home.  One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
