Rescue:
A couple who live up north have a cute and well maintained hobby farm. On a property such
as this, there is always something to repair and one evening they were concentrating on one
such project. Suddenly they heard a tiny meow in their shop, they looked around thinking the
wee cat was inside but soon realized she was out in the cold. Opening the door a very young
little torti that eventually was named Tiara, rushed into the warm and protected building. They
could tell that she was very cold and hungry and they brought her into the warmth and gave her
cat food right away. It is always a mystery as to where these cats originally come from, and we
may never know, but she is a lucky one who cried at the right door. A few days later they
asked around to the neighbours to see if they were missing this pretty little girl, but no one
claimed her. Reaching out to a local cat rescue organization, she was soon referred to Pet
Patrol and brought into our care. Tiara is lovely and sweet.
Personality:
This dear little cat is ready for her family. She is friendly and affectionate, cuter than cute, and
absolutely adorable. She is very good with new people and just wants to be loved. What a
nice girl. Tiara is easy to pick up and carry, she wants to be with her people and is content to
sit on your lap. She has a lovely disposition and shows off her tummy quite often. Like all
young cats she is curious and playful, wanting interactive toys with her people like the wand toy
or tossing toy mice to her to chase. She is good with other kitties as well and although she
has not been introduced to children while here in the sanctuary, with a slow integration she
should be ok with gentle kids. Tiara is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that
will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors.
