Rescue:
A woman wanted to help out her friend financially by taking their kitty into the vet clinic to have
him neutered. He would receive a full examination, his vaccinations and microchip as well.
However, during the appointment, the vet found that this little guy had upper respiratory, deformity of his right eye that was inflamed, scarring on his other eye, and his general health was
not great. He was part of a litter of kittens that all failed to thrive and he was the only survivor. It
seems like his immune system is a little weak even though he was by now five months of age
and had been indoors since a wee baby. The family knowing that there would be more medical cost decided to relinquish custody to Pet Patrol so that we would be able to continue on
with his medical care. Luckily, he has responded to all medications and was a very good
patient. He is now ready for the next chapter of his life, healthier and happier.
Personality:
Nicholas is such a dear little cat. He is very patient and kind. He’s used to living in a family with
many children who handle him beautifully and are very gentle with him. Like all young cats he’s
very playful and happy go lucky. He can be found batting around a ball that jingles or crinkles,
racing through the kitty tunnel and up the cat tree. He is curious and outgoing and very family
oriented. Other cats are playmates and he is good with any age, often found playing with them
or snuggling together. Little Nicholas is ready to be adopted into his forever home. One where
they will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
