Rescue:

Bella is a very nice cat who has been raised in a lovely family setting, but it was all taken
away from her over a few years time. The family consisted of a mom and dad, two teenagers,
family dog and another kitty too. The mother had been ill for a while and suddenly
passed. No one expected it at all. Then two years later the Dad became ill as well and
passed. Oh my! The grandmothers on both sides worked together to help the children
adjust and were excellent supports for them, but they could not remain living in the family
home any longer. The family dog remains with the children, but the two cats were in need
of a home. Pet Patrol was able to place one kitty and the other is this sweet girl Bella.
Through all the moving and changes in her life she has continued to have a soft purr for
anyone who pets her. She is a very adaptable cat.

Personality:

Bella is a pretty calm kitty and she likes to sit in a sunny spot for the day and needs the
occasional scratch on her post. She’s extremely affectionate and loves a good cuddle and
scratches, and is terrific with children, Having them carry her around is no problem for her
and she tolerates many hugs. Bella is curious about dogs and she will be alright with a
calm one that has a positive history with felines in the home. She has previously lived with
an older dog. This nice family friendly cat is used to children in their teens and is looking
for a loving home just like that. A forever home. One that will welcome her into the family
and keep her safely indoors
