Rescue:
Theo came from a subdivision in a smaller town just outside the city. The woman had always
noticed him visiting her house cat outside in the backyard. The woman called him Theo because
she thought he was the neighbour’s kitty until she found out otherwise. The two cats
hung around every day, ran and chased each other in play but nobody knew where this handsome
orange and white boy came from. His photo was posted on social media but there was
no response saying he was theirs. The woman felt sorry for him and decided to try and rescue
him so he could find a home. The weather was turning cold and wet and she didn’t feel this
handsome boy should be left outside fending for himself any longer. It was easy to rescue him
as Theo could be picked up and placed in a cat carrier. Soon he was on his way to Pet Patrol.
Personality:
Theo is a favorite at the sanctuary. He is sweet, gentle and unassuming. He is easy to pet,
cuddle and wants to be with his people, often cuddling up against you on the bed or couch.
He loves to be pet and brushed, turning his face up, eyes closed and smiling as he purrs
deeply and kneads the air with his little paws. Theo likes his toys as well and will play with little
toy mice, the wand toys and especially anything with cat nip. He stretches out on the wide
window sills and watches the world outside, content not to be out there anymore. Theo is
ready to be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep
him safely indoors
