Tommen & Theon’s story as told by her rescuer: A lady commented on my social media post,
that I had shared about my foster kittens, “come to my house, lots of kittens, take your
pick.” I reached out to her to find out more and at that time she told me that she had 24 cats
around – 8 adults and 16 kittens. I offered to help get them fixed, if feral into barn homes and
the kittens into rescues. (Pet Patrol took in Tammara while she was very pregnant and within
ten days she gave birth to Tommen and Theon.) They’ve been living around her home, on her
porches mostly and she feeds them but that’s about it. She really likes them, but it’s unfortunately
a typical situation…she didn’t get the first few strays fixed and then quickly ended up
with 24. She originally reached out to the local city shelter about taking them there but didn’t
get a response, so did nothing further until I contacted her. She lives in the village on a busy
street. When I first went to check the situation there were cats everywhere! Now that I’m helping
her, she’s willing to trap, transport, etc. She’s thankful for the help from me and now Pet
Patrol. I think she just got overwhelmed and didn’t know what to do, so did nothing until there
were way too many. That’s their story in a nutshell

Personality:

Like most kittens these brothers are very playful and they like literally anything that moves
when they touch it: balls, strings, cat wands, pieces of paper…everything is interesting and can
become a toy. They are cuddlers and their favourite place to sleep is on a soft blanket or
under the bed together. Theon is the first to try anything new and to check out new places,
objects brought into the kitten room and new people too. Tommen will watch his brother then
eventually check it out for himself. They are ready to be adopted into their forever home
together. One that will welcome them into the family and keep them safely indoors.
