Katy

Katy

Katy

Rescue:

So many people walked away from her even though Katy showed her loving and sweet personality,
no one did any more that chat with her and pat her head. She was thin, disheveled,
desperately hungry and now sick with a cold. She was found walking along the bridge and
trail of a famous tourist town, the days were still sunny but the nights were cold and many days
of rain were on the way. She would not survive the impending dampness and chill. One
woman, who lives in the town was told about Katy and she immediately went down to see her,
hoping she had not wandered away. Luckily, she was still there, waiting for some kind soul to
rescue her, and after securing her in a carrier, Katy was soon on the way to Pet Patrol. There
we met a very emaciated cat, congested and extremely appreciative of being rescued. She is
adorable, so loving and so deserving of a better life.

Personality:

From day one Katy has shown us nothing but love and gratitude. She is easy to pet and give
cuddles to, she will climb up into our arms and flop over your shoulder, rubbing her head
against yours and purring with delight. After an easy recovery from her cold, she has slowly
started to gain her weight back and her coat looks amazing. Playing with toys has been an
adventure for her. Either she has never had toys in her life before or she is just a kitten at
heart. Katy is an amazing cat and she is ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that
will welcome her into the family and keep her safely indoors
