Rescue:

A woman who lives in a small village, about 30 minutes from the city, notified Pet Patrol of yet
another young and friendly cat at her feeding station. Since the village only consists of just a
few streets of houses and surroundings farms it is not unusual for people to dump cats in this
serene community. It is off the beaten path. The cats either find their way to a barn, and may
or may not be welcome, or they migrate to homes. Some of the cats just freely breed on the
farms and being handled by the children, become friendly and affectionate. But they are not
spayed or neutered. Little Kaylee just showed up one day, was obviously very thin and hungry
and eagerly let the woman know her appreciation. Deep purrs and rubbing up against her
legs encouraged the woman to seek a better life for this wee kitty. Soon she was on her way
to Pet Patrol care.

Personality:

KayDee is pure delight. She is sweet, gentle and affectionate. She is very easy to pick up
and cuddle and wants nothing more than to be with her people and giving little kitty kisses.
She is super playful as well and needs to have a buddy in the house. She can often be found
rolling around on the floor with a little toy mouse, climbing the kitty tree and excitedly running
around in a good game of Chase with another foster cat. She is a dream kitty and is good
with other cats, new people and has adapted to all the changes in her life. KayDee is ready to
be adopted into her forever home, with a buddy. A home that will welcome her into the family
and keep her safely indoors
