Rescue:

A woman who used to do cat rescue in a smaller community up north, contacted Pet Patrol
about some kittens on a farm. It was a big beef operation and the people were trying to keep
the colony of cats to a certain number and most were already spayed or neutered. These
little ones were born to a feral mom who migrated to the farm, and had her litter in the safety of
the tack room. They were handled a little bit by the people who own the property, but not
enough to be family friendly as it was a busy farm. The owners were concerned about the
kittens growing up feral and breeding uncontrollably. When the woman went to see the kittens
she was pleased to see that there was food and water out for the cats and comfy places for
them to take refuge from wet or cold weather. The kittens were soon brought into Pet Patrol
care and the mother cat rescued and spayed.

Personality:

Jace is a small boy but he can keep up with his action packed siblings. He loves to run around
and chase balls or spends time hitting the dangling ball on the scratch pole. He is quite attached
to his sister Jetta and will take time out to check on her. She is more of a gentle player
and he is careful when he plays with her. At nap time he will be snuggled up with his people,
purring contently or with his sister. Jace is ready to be adopted into his forever home with his
sister Jetta. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him safely indoors.
