Rescue:

Nine kittens! That’s how many a lady had rescued from a desperate situation at a country
farm. This was a place that does things the traditional way, earn their money by selling produce
at the side of the road, farming and odd jobs. The woman saw very quickly that there
were a lot of kittens milling about. She talked to the father about them as she noticed the
children were not treating them well. “Watch this!” one boy said as he threw the kitten high in
the air towards the barn beam. It frantically grasped for anything to hang onto so that it would
not fall to it’s death. She had seen enough. With a little persuasion she gathered up all the
kittens and took them home. They were bathed, treated for parasites and thrived in her care.
Unable to confidently find homes for them she reached out to Pet Patrol and arrived as
healthy, happy and alert kittens. An opportunity they would never have had if left on the farm.
This woman did a wonderful thing for these little cats.

Personality:

Sushi is an energetic sweetheart who is extremely curious, and despite being smaller than his
brothers he is the first one to attempt new feats and check things out. He is always the first one
to greet you as you open the door, to ensure that he gets the most attention of course, and the
last one to settle down for nap time because he has a serious case of FOMO (fear of missing
out). Sushi doesn’t know the meaning of “personal space” as he will try to get as close to you
as possible, preferably right by your face or on your shoulders. He loves giving kisses, snuggling
into your neck, and purring as loud as he can right into your ear. Sushi is the play instigator
as he will pounce on his brothers constantly, even while they try to sleep. Sushi is ready to
be adopted into his forever home. One that will welcome him into the family and keep him
safely indoors.
