Rescue:
The three little kittens, Layna, Logan and Leah, came from a farm that was becoming over run
with cats and kittens. The man worked at the large local medical clinic and owned a small
farm with his family. He did not believe in having the cats spayed or neutered and now, within
just year, he had thirty five cats to care for. He reached out to a co-worker who is associated
with Pet Patrol and asked for her help in re homing some of the cats. She started with the
kittens, teenagers and will begin rescuing the adults to have them altered so that there are no
more unwanted kittens. This will also control the over population and keep the colony small
and healthy. When they arrived at Pet Patrol they were pretty unsure of people, but at just eight
weeks of age it took no time for them to become affectionate and cuddly bundles of purrs.
Personality:
Layna is a confident, brave kitten who is the first to explore new things. She is full of energy
and affection and will bunt into your hand for petting. Her purr is loud and soothing. Logan is
a charismatic softie, easy to pet and purrs contently while kneading and nibbling on the blanket.
Leah is a curious, loving kitten, the follower but joins in quickly especially after watching
her siblings. All three of the kittens are so attached to each other that is has become very
difficult to consider adopting them separately. They all love to play together equally with
feather wand toys, chasing the same ball together across the floor, rolling around in a cardboard
box and of course snuggling up in a pile of fur and purr. The cat climber is the favourite
spot and the perch on top is shared all the time. They have stolen the hearts of their foster
family and are great with children and other pets, and are easy to pick up and carry. At any
time you could have, one, two or three of the cats curled up in your lap. Completely adorable.
Layna, Logan and Leah are ready to be adopted into their forever home together. One that
will welcome them into the family and kept safely indoors. They are precious.
