ADOPTION PROFILE

Rebel

Rescue:

This kitten’s momma, Reya, came into Pet Patrol care from the former work place of one of
our long time volunteers. It is located on a side road just outside of the city, and it is not uncommon
for cats to come over to the property from a neighboring farm. This is how Pet Patrol
started twenty five years ago. A little cat stumbled up to the front door, and in rescuing it our
volunteer came in contact with a cat rescue organization and vets that would support their
cause. She decided she would start up Pet Patrol and make a difference to the homeless
cats in the community. Five thousand cats later Pet Patrol is very successful. For Reya, she
was now entering an established cat rescue sanctuary with many volunteers and three vets on
board to help us. She was very pregnant at the time and was whisked off to a foster home
where she gave birth to her five babies withing a few days

Personality:

Rebel is a sweet little cat and very outgoing. She can be independent of her siblings at times,
and is first to try new things. When in the Indiana Jo??nes exploration mood she is concentrating
and prefers to delay cuddles until later. She will join in on games of Chase and Hide &
Seek, and can be found snuggled in the kitty bed or on a person lap, for a nice snooze. Rebel
is ready to be adopted into her forever home with a playmate or sibling. One that will welcome
her into the family and keep her safely indoors
