Rescue:

Bella was born on a farm where things are done the traditional way. They grow their own food,
have cows, chickens etc., and usually there is a small business on the side. A Pet Patrol
volunteer was asked if we would be able to help with a couple of cats that had colds. This was
in the dead of winter, and since the cats only had the hayloft to burrow into for warmth, it was
becoming difficult for them to get better. With the support of a local vet, medication was provided.
Fast forward to the spring and the family asked if we would like some kittens, and
would we like to take Bella and another kitty Orange as well. They had enough cats at the
moment and knew that we had really taken a liking to these two cats in particular. Soon they
were in our care and are now ready for adoption.

Personality:

Bella is a terrific family cat. She is very sweet and loving, gentle and and excited to be with
children. She had been pet, carried and treated kindly by the children on the farm, and respected
by the family members. It has been quite entertaining to see her adjust to living inside.
Toys especially are amazing and the kitty tunnel and cat tower have given her a lot of
pleasure. Bella is good with other cats and she and Orange have grown up together. They
often are found cuddled up, watching out the window side by side and wanting attention from
their people. Bella is a lovely cat and ready to be adopted into her forever home. One that will
welcome her in to the family and keep her safely indoors.
