Rescue:

A woman was visiting her Grandfather at his semi rural home with her children. They were
quite enthralled that his family cat had given birth to kittens in the house and they enjoyed
playing with them, but she was concerned about him being able to find homes for all of them.
There were six little ones in total. She mentioned that after her last visit the cat had moved her
kittens outdoors, which is quite dangerous for little ones, and quite unusual for a cat to do. The
granddaughter decided to called around to rescue organizations and found Pet Patrol within
her community. The kittens were about 4.5 to five weeks old when they arrived at the sanctuary,
too young to be away from their mother, but they were starting to eat on their own and have
faired well in our care. The Grandfather would be getting the mother cat fixed, but would not
send her along to Pet Patrol to stay with her kittens until fully weaned.

Personality:

Everly and Emma are quite attached to each other, and it would be very nice for them to
be adopted together. They are sisters through and through. Emma is very sweet and a little
shy at first, Everly is more outgoing, but they are both real cuddle bugs and balance each other
nicely. They love to climb the cat tree, run and chase after soft toys and each other. They can’t
resist tumbling with each other and engaging in games of Hide & Seek. Both like the element
of surprise by pouncing on a sister from a secret hide out. These two cuties are always close
to each other and are ready to be adopted into their forever home. One that will welcome
them into the family and keep them safely indoors
